Everything You Need to Know Before You Place an Order

This page explains how ordering works on Promzys Luxury Hub – from choosing your products to receiving your confirmation. Knowing this flow helps you avoid mistakes and get your items as quickly as possible.

Before You Order

To make sure you pick the right item the first time, we recommend:

Reading the product description and notes carefully.
Checking sizing/fit information (especially for bracelets, straps and clothing).
Viewing all photos to see how the item looks in different angles/light.
Contacting us on WhatsApp if you’re unsure – we can advise based on your style and needs.

Remember that colours may vary slightly depending on your screen brightness and settings, but we keep our photos as true‑to‑life as possible.

How to Place an Order

Placing an order on PLH is straightforward:

Browse by category or search for a specific item.
Open the product page, choose any options (size, colour, variant), then tap Add to Cart.
When you’re done, go to your cart to review your selections.
Enter your delivery details correctly (full name, address, active phone number).
Choose your preferred payment method and complete checkout.

You’ll see a confirmation screen once your order is successfully placed, and we’ll send a follow‑up message or email with details.

Order Confirmation & Processing

Once you’ve paid or chosen your payment option:

We verify your payment (for online or bank transfer payments).
We double‑check stock availability and prepare your items for packing.
If anything is out of stock or needs clarification, we’ll contact you promptly.

Orders are usually processed within a short window on working days. Orders made at night, on weekends, or during public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Changing or Cancelling an Order

We understand that mistakes can happen. If you need to change or cancel an order:

Contact us as soon as possible with your order ID and requested change.
If your order has not yet been packed or dispatched, we may be able to adjust it.
If it has already shipped, changes/cancellations may no longer be possible.

Please always double‑check your cart, address, and payment details before confirming to avoid delays or extra costs.
